Kyle Karns is a retired educator and he spent the majority of his career as a High School Principal. Throughout his 34 years in education, he has always had a passion for aiding his students and keeping them on the right track to success. His pride comes from never doing things halfway to make sure others can excel.
After retiring, his enthusiasm for helping others never subsided. Becoming a Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI and starting K2 Quality Inspections has allowed him to continue helping others in his community succeed in their endeavors. He takes pride in putting his whole heart and mind into what he’s doing. As the owner and operator, Kyle can build a trusting and professional relationship with his own personal touch. You can rest easy knowing Kyle will inspect the home and property as if it was going to be his.

Home life and hobbies
Kyle is a family man. He enjoys spending his time working with his hands. He spends much of his time working on home improvement projects in the house or outside. When time allows, Kyle and his beautiful wife of 30 years love to jump on the Harley for some good old-fashion wind therapy on the open road. Home Inspection is a great fit, as he can build a schedule that works for him and his clients.
