Buyer’s Inspections

Our clients are about to make one of the largest and most important investments of their life. By having a Certified Home Inspector perform an inspection before making any final decisions, you can avoid making a poor choice of home and property. A Certified Home Inspector executes an in-person walkthrough and inspection of all the property’s structures, components, and appliances. The Inspector will provide a full report listing any faults, needed repairs, or potential risks, making sure you have all the information you need before you purchase the property.

Pre Listing Inspection

Pre-listing / Sellers Inspection

Taking the time to have your home inspected before listing it for sale can be immensely important to any prospective buyers. This will help identify the faults and needed repairs in your home that you will need to address before listing it for sale. This service can help to increase your home’s value and advance negotiations with potential buyers.

New Construction

This type of inspection service occurs prior to the builder’s final walkthrough. The Inspector will make certain that they have constructed the home properly, and that everything is safe and worth the cost.

New Construction Phase Inspections

With this service the inspector will perform several inspections throughout the construction process. Each of these phase inspections will make sure everything is being done properly before continuing construction.

4 Point Inspection

A 4-point inspection examines the four major systems: roofing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. This is a requirement for home insurance.

Loan Draw Inspection

The inspector can determine the construction progress so that the funds can be released by the lender at the right time. This helps to lower risks and costs that are all too common on the construction site.

Re-Inspections

This service happens after an initial inspection is complete and you have had time to address any of the potential issues and needed repairs revealed in the report. Inspectors will return to ensure that all repairs or needed maintenance have been performed properly.

Additional Services

Pool and Spa Inspections

The inspection will visually examine all the readily accessible areas of the pool or spa area. A professional inspector will check these areas for faults or needed repairs and ensure everything was installed correctly and remains in working order.
